Ministry Coordinator

Psalm 34:3 states, “O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt His name together.” This reference was inscribed in our wedding bands as a reminder of Pam’s and my life purpose. We are now in our fifth decade of serving the Lord in full time ministries, 48 years as pastor and wife, and now as the Ministry Coordinator here at CEF of Kanawha.

Both of us were led to Christ as children, had the privilege of leading our own seven children to professions of faith in Christ in their childhood, and have had opportunities to minister to children and youth in all of the churches we’ve served along with additional opportunities in camps and conferences.

As we take on the responsibility of “Ministry Coordinator”, we are both impressed and humbled with the blessing of finding so many folks involved in this ministry of reaching children with the Gospel. Some serve as teachers or volunteers, others as supporters through prayer and finances. What a privilege to join such a team. Let’s pray and work together to reach many more youth in our counties in the days ahead.

Office Administrator

Beth’s first encounter with CEF was as a participant. As a child, her family hosted a 5 Day Club in their home. Wow! God works in mysterious ways! In recent years she has been volunteering as a grade shepherd to Kindergarten and First graders. In the summer of 2019, the Kanawha Chapter was blessed to have her join the team as office administrator.

Beth attended Appalachian Bible College (ABC) where she studied Elementary Education and piano. She and her husband Tim have served in various ministries over the last 30 years. She continues to use her gifts at her local church where she teaches a ladies Sunday School class, works with the children, and very involved with the music ministry. She says, “Serving the Lord is the greatest joy and blessing in my life!”

Beth loves spending time with family, camping, playing games, and, of course, playing piano.
